You are Invited to Serve
Nancy Tomlinson has appreciated the positive responses she has received to the invitations extended to persons who have never served Holy Communion. She is equally thankful when those who find serving Communion to be a powerful spiritual experience, ask to serve Communion again.
We want to extend an invitation to others who have not yet been invited and would like the opportunity to serve. If you would like to volunteer, call Nancy Tomlinson, 623-2376 or Mary Lou Stephens, 623-3580. Whether this is your first time to serve, or you have served Communion many times, we appreciate your willingness to be a servant at our Lords table.

Welcome New Teams
Would you like to make a difference in someones life? You can do it by joining a team! Two kinds of teams have been formed to meet two types of needs.
Mary/Martha Meals Teams provide food to those who have been hospitalized, are going through a time of illness, crisis or grief, or have other special circumstances.
Immediate Response Teams make an immediate response to special needs that arise with little or no prior notice such as a death or crisis situation. The food that is provided is a way to demonstrate the love and support of our church family in a time of special need.
