November Sermons
Thank you for visiting our website. There are a variety of new activities that may be of interest to you. With the guidance of our Senior Pastor Eugene Strange and staff, we are currently reaching out to the local Richmond community in many ways. Our current path is leading us toward building a Multi-Ministry Center behind the sanctuary to (1) reach out to those who currently are unchurched and (2) to allow for additional expansion of existing programs and (3) provide for the implemetation of new activities and programs. We welcome you to read about our current and future ministries and hope "you will come and join with us".

Our sanctuary will again be decored with poinsettias during the Christmas season. Remember the special people in your family or those on your hearts and minds.
Some may want to make a contribution to the Sharing ministry program. This program helps families in our community with utilities, rent and prescriptions.
Look for bulletin inserts now through November 23rd for the order form for both the Poinsettias and the Sharing Ministry.
You probably haven’t thought about what will be on your dinner table on Christmas day, but the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary has been thinking about a holiday menu for those in need in our community. Every day the Salvation Army Corps gives out food to those in need through their client services program. But, the holidays are a special time and the Auxiliary wants to make sure every family in need has a meal, complete with meat and dessert. The unique program of filling bags with suggested food items - including a donation for meat is a great way to be a part of the community effort to help those in need.
If you would like to be a part of supplying a holiday dinner to a family, ask a volunteer at either of the Welcome Centers for a bag, fill it with the items listed, include a donation for the meat and return it to the church! It’s that easy and there is no cooking needed! You will make a difference in a family’s life!
